Common Workflow Language (CWL) is an open standard for describing how to run command line tools and connect them to create workflows. In EUPEX we use CWL to model some applications as workflows – and by the way we are included in the CWL user gallery!
The CWL 2023 conference will be online the week of February 27, 2023! EUPEX’s Iacopo Colonnelli (CINI/University of Torino) has been invited to talk about the usage of StreamFlow in projects EUPEX and ACROSS. Don’t miss his presentation “CWL for HPC: are we there yet?” on 27 February and 1st March.
